Comptroller: Use knowledge of accounting and data driven decision-making skill to monitor and oversee financial aspects including cash flow, reserve levels, inventory, receivables, and balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct financial analysis of historical, current, and projected operational costs to identify opportunities for development and areas needing reconciliation. Lead the budgeting process, overseeing the preparation and review of budget proposals, and develop supporting documentation for proposed budgets. Regularly review financial data, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, and conducting variance analysis. Coordinate yearly independent audits of the company’s financial records and transactions. Handle payroll processing, manage payroll deductions, and ensure adherence to legal payroll and property tax reporting requirements. Evaluate balance sheets, accounts receivable, refund accounts, and deposit accounts to devise strategies that enhance efficiency, budgeting, and planning.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’ degree in accounting and at least 1 years of experience in accounting—performing auditing with Master's in Accounting level Coursework in Law and Business, Data Driven Decision-making and Advanced Accounting required.

SALARY:                               $72,000 per year
